The staff was friendly. The hotel is close to tube stations. This made getting around very easy. There was also a left luggage facility, which I found excellent because I had an evening flight.
The room was small. The bathroom was also quite cramped. There was no air conditioning, which might be uncomfortable in warmer weather. I found only blackout on the window and no curtain.

the location was near the tube station. i found the area quiet. the hotel gave excellent directions for entry. i liked the availability of luggage storage before check-in.
the room was small, and movement was a little restricted.

clean roomreliable heateruseful microwavecomfortable environment
the room was clean the heater worked well and the hot water was reliable. the kettle microwave and fridge were useful. i had plenty of room as a single occupant which suited my needs well. i felt comfortable for study purposes .
the banging from the adjacent room around 10pm was disruptive the walls seemed thin. i was also unsure if the front door remained unlocked during the night relying on my room's lock for security
